Centenary House will provide 45 one, two and three bedroom apartments of which 50% will be affordable, including social rented and shared ownership.
The development will include a landscaped communal garden and the provision of a new under 5’s play area, along with a footpath link to Rolls Park.
The development will also contribute £100k to the improvement of sports and leisure facilities in the area.
The affordable homes will be funded through a cross-subsidy generated from the homes for sale and grant from the GLA.
Centenary House has excellent transport links, located just under 7 minutes’ walk to Higham’s Park station. Marketing of sales units will start in October 2020.
