The development will benefit from a communal garden and play area.
The affordable homes will be funded through a cross-subsidy generated from the homes for sale and grant from the Greater London Authority.
The new development will be located within walking distance of St James Street Station and Blackhorse Road Station, which runs a direct service to central London (London Victoria) within 24 minutes.
The current completion date is January 2022.
