83 new quality homes

Sixty Brick’s development at South Grove is located in St. James Quarter Regeneration Area in the Markhouse Road Ward.

The development will provide 83 new quality homes with tenure blind design. 

50 percent of homes are affordable with 20 homes for social rent. 

There will be a 1500 sqm healthcare centre for the relocation of St James St Medical Practice.

The affordable homes will be funded through a cross-subsidy generated from the homes for sale and grant from the GLA.

Following extensive consultation with the local community, a planning application was submitted in August.

Planning consent was received in December 2019 and it is expected that the development will be completed by the end of 2022, with homes marketed for sale at the beginning of 2022.
