83 new homes that will include 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartment for sale and rent

Sixty Brick is proud to present ‘The Jazz Yard’, a brand new housing development at 74-79 Brunner Road that will provide 83 new homes in Waltham Forest (Markhouse Ward). The development is named ‘The Jazz Yard’ in honor of the busy commuter railway line which runs directly behind the site; once called the ‘Jazz Railway Service’.

‘The Jazz Yard’ is located within walking distance of St James Street Station, Walthamstow Central Station, and Walthamstow Queens Road which runs direct services to Central London.

This new development will provide 46 homes for private sale and 37 affordable homes including 20 for social rent and 17 shared ownership.  A new 1500 sqm healthcare center serving the local community will be provided on the ground and first floor of the new development.

The affordable homes are being funded through a cross-subsidy generated from the homes for sale and grant from the Greater London Authority (GLA).

Planning permission was received in December 2019 and construction has already started on site. It is expected that the development will be completed by the end of 2022, with some of the homes being marketed for sale towards the beginning of 2022.
