As part of the Council’s ongoing commitment to regenerate parts of the Borough over the next 20 years, parts of the Hylands Road Estate have been identified as requiring major improvements.
The Sixty Bricks development at Hylands Road Estate provides 120 homes for social rent to support the regeneration of the estate.
The new homes are a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments in three blocks ranging from four to nine stories in height with a landscaped communal garden.
The development also includes improved landscaping in the surrounding area including a play area for pre-school children and new signage for the estate.
