Sixty Bricks development at Priory Court will deliver 117 apartments, a new community centre, a nursery, retail units and improvement to the public realm across the estate.

There will be a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. 50 percent will be for market sale and 50 percent will be affordable homes, comprising social rent and shared ownership.

This development will make a valuable contribution to the local area

Extensive consultation is currently being carried out in and around the proposed re-development area. Following the outcome of this consultation we plan to submit a planning application Spring 2020.

  • Blackhorse Road Station - 1.0 miles
  • Walthamstow Central Station - 1.1 miles
  • Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre - 0.8 miles

Work will start on site in late 2020. But you can express an interest now.
