Sixty Bricks development at Priory Court will deliver 117 apartments, a new community centre, a nursery, retail units and improvement to the public realm across the estate.
There will be a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. 50 percent will be for market sale and 50 percent will be affordable homes, comprising social rent and shared ownership.

Extensive consultation is currently being carried out in and around the proposed re-development area. Following the outcome of this consultation we plan to submit a planning application Spring 2020.
